Who we Serve

For many, traditional housing is simply out of reach. That’s why we focus on serving individuals and families who are often overlooked—elderly individuals on fixed incomes, service workers earning below a livable wage, and others struggling to find a stable place to live. Our hotels offer a flexible, low-barrier solution that provides not only a roof over their heads but also a sense of safety and dignity. More than just shelter, our properties foster a supportive community where guests can access resources, build relationships, and receive care from the organizations and partners we connect them with.
What we do
Our business model centers on purchasing low-end hotels in metro areas and transforming them into affordable housing options. By managing the hotels in-house, we maintain direct oversight of our staff to ensure they embody our mission of compassionate, dignified service. Operating with cost-efficiency allows us to offer some of the lowest rates in the city, making housing accessible to those who might otherwise be excluded. Hotels provide a unique advantage with their low barriers to entry—anyone can stay, regardless of background or circumstances. We recognize that hotel living can be difficult, so we actively engage with local communities by partnering with churches, homeless nonprofits, and government programs to provide our guests with holistic support and care.
